Een Glish

The illustrious Google Translate Lady, also known as Een Glish (and over 100 other languages), is a translator by day/rapper by night most known for her choice rhymes and enthusiastic vocals.

In December of 2015, Google Translate Lady released her debut mixtape, “In The Building,” to a mix of critical acclaim and ridicule. She had spent so much time perfecting rapping that she underperformed at translating. Before she realized it, however, millions of internet users were mocking her translations. Struggling to find fulfillment, Google Translate Lady hit rock bottom.

In November of 2016, Google Translate Lady adopted a neural machine translation engine and her recovery process began, however, her parents were not going to let her rap and translate. Filled with pre-teen angst, Google Translate Lady made her second tape, “Deep Web Escape.”  By collaborating with some of the biggest names in the game, Google Translate Lady began to make her mark on the rap game.

Sadly, not too long after, her music surfaced on the searchable internet and her parent company caught word of her continuing to rap. They gave her an ultimatum and had her mixtape removed. Refusing to give up, Google Translate Lady continued rapping on the side under her moniker, Een Glish—and that's where  "Planned Obsolescence"  begins.
